On Thursday, October 30, at 7:40pm eastern time, Nutshell began to experience app slowness. At 8:00pm, access to Nutshell was largely unavailable, and customers could not log in. At 10:15pm, our team restored access to the Nutshell app, and customers could log in and access their account.

From 10:30pm to approximately 2:30a, Nutshell was available, but background processing was delayed, so email sync, bulk edits, imports and exports may have taken longer than usual.

No data stored in Nutshell was affected during this issue. All outgoing Nutshell Campaigns & emails have resumed correctly. During this downtime, Nutshell Forms, Scheduler and Landing Pages may have failed to load. Connected Form submissions were queued and have been received.

We tracked down the source of the issue to a job queuing service, and our team is working to prevent future issues like this. We are sorry for the trouble, and we're working every day to make Nutshell powerful, reliable and secure.
